(Wine sampled from tubes) This is a Premier Cru Classe estate located in Sauternes. This 100% Semillon reveals a deep straw color with a bouquet of caramelized tangerines and orange zest. Inside there are loads of botrytis, dried apricot preserves, nectarines, roasted almonds, and barley sugar. This wine has plenty of purity and richness all balanced with a whiff of citron.
