2015 Moet & Chandon Champagne Grand Vintage

This international brand was founded by wine trader Claude Moet in 1743 and has evolved into the largest premium Champagne producer. It is part of the expansive LVMH portfolio. Under the guidance of Chef de Cave Benoit Gouez, this house pursues consistency and perfection.

The current 2015 vintage is composed of 32% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir and 24% Meunier, This delicate appearing Champagne has shades of yellow-green colors and opens with a hint of brioche and salinity. It retains a fresh, elegant style with ripe white peach, yellow citrus fruits and fine ground chalk. It is engaging on the palate and focused through the finish.
