Under the guidance of Chef de Cave Benoit Gouez, this house pursues consistency and perfection. This cuvee is 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 21% Pinot Meunier. A delicate mousse opens to an abundance of fresh green apples and candied pears. Elements of nuts, toast and citron are nicely integrated into the core. This is a finesse-driven style that is the signature style of this house.
