This is Moet & Chandon’s 75th vintage and 40th cuvee release of Rose´Champagne. The majority of this blend is Pinot Noir (44%), which adds to the more robust personality of this rose´. The pale hue reveals fine bubbles along with an essence of rose oil. The bright core of red fruits are framed with salinity, framboise, and spices. The flavors are expansive on the palate and it finishes with fresh acidity.
