The Champagne house of Ayala was founded by Edmond de Ayala in 1860. The vineyards for this flagship wine from Champagne Ayala are situated in the Ay region of Champagne. This Champagne is composed of 100% Chardonnay, is sourced from three Grand and two Premier Cru villages on the Côte des Blancs and is only produced in the finest of vintages. The aromas showcase brioche and field flowers. This expressive Champagne has fine bubbles and is true to the house style, revealing elements of Bosc pear, fresh Granny Smith apples, yellow citrus peel and a touch of stones. The fresh acidity leads to a long and vibrant finish.
