2015 Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé

There are 3,000 acres of rich limestone, 50% is classified as Grand Cru and 25% as Premier Cru. This makes up the largest vineyard area in Champagne. This is Moet & Chandon’s 76th vintage and 41st cuvée release of Rose´ Champagne.

The majority of this blend is Pinot Noir (44%) along with 32% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Meunier. The Pinot Noir adds a more robust personality to this rose´. The deep salmon hue is very inviting with aromas of freshly picked red fruits and warm spices. The bright core of macerated red cherries and wild strawberries are nicely intertwined with freshness and bright acidity. There is power and a sense of elegance to this Champagne.
