The extraordinary complexity and depth of the Mimi’s Mind are reminiscent of a premier cru from Nuit St. George in Burgundy. The deep crimson color unveils a highly perfumed bouquet of fresh flowers and underbrush. There is an abundance of exotic black plums and Bing cherries mixed with fruitcake spices that dominate the core. The expansive mid-palate is silky with a seamless texture. As much fruit as there is within this wine, it remains stunning for its grace and elegance. Congrats to Larry Stone and his team.
