2018 Rabble Cabernet Sauvignon

Rabble was founded by Rob and Nancy Murray in 2011. In addition to becoming a vintner, Rob has been a grower and vineyard owner for over 20 years. He continues to own and manage properties from Paso Robles to Santa Maria, with his own brands utilizing roughly five percent of the grapes he farms. He’s obviously doing something right, as Rabble is one of Paso Robles’ fastest-growing labels. Rabble Wine Company encompasses four labels: Rabble, Stasis, Amor Fati, and Tooth & Nail.
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 20% new. In the glass the Rabble Cabernet Sauvignon shows color of deep garnet. Aromas of ripe red stone fruits of plum, cherry, and blackberry leap out of the glass. This wine shows a purity that is enhanced by notes of cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla with a hint of cedar and pipe tobacco. The opulent, lush flavors of mixed red fruit glide across the palate and are balanced with subtle oak flavors and tannins that are a bit chewy that linger on the finish. Beautifully crafted wine and an amazing value!
