The Cuvaison Kite Tail Chardonnay is sourced from the bluff tops of their Los Carneros Estate. The wine doesn’t reveal itself right at the onset. It takes a little while for this lovely made wine to show its true character and express how good it really is! The color is golden yellow with viscosity in the glass. The aromas show citrus, stone fruit accents, green apple, apricot with notes of lemon peel and a hint of jasmine. The acidity and slight minerality give this Chardonnay a crisp feel in your mouth with a wonderful balance that leads to a long finish. By Perry Miroballi
