Noir The 2019 Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Estate Pinot Noir is the foundation of this fine estate. All estate fruit, it’s hand picked, hand sorted and destemmed before a long ferment with indigenous yeasts. It’s aged in a combination of new and used custom French oak barrels. The 2019 is beautifully concentrated with signature perfumed notes of red fruit, bramble and earth. A velvety texture leads to a luxuriously long and balanced finish. Irresistible now, this beauty will continue to develop 7 to 10 years.
