Chateau Talbot Blanc is a blend of 83 % Sauvignon Blanc and 17 % Sémillon. The color in the glass is medium straw that has purity and viscosity. The flavors in the glass lean more toward tropical with pineapple, lemon-lime zest, creamy coconut and a bright minerality that rounds out the palate. The finish is long and has nice acidity and is quit refreshing all the way through to the end. The Talbot Caillou Blanc is a white Bordeaux that is worth seeking out!
