A blend composed of 66% Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Semillon. In the glass the medium straw color of the Cos d’Estournel Blanc shows purity and viscosity. The aromas leap out of the glass with vibrant tropical notes of lime zest, lemon grass, fresh cut grapefruit, white peaches, and a hint of granny smith apple. Crushed stone and a slightly dusty element rounds out this superb white Bordeaux. This wine possesses beautiful balance with racy acidity leading to a refreshing, long finish.
