This chateau of Stephan von Neippberg resides in the Castillon district within the eastern fringes of the Cotes de Bordeaux. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The very pale color showcases aromatics of a stone peach tart with shredded coconut. There are elements of yellow citrus with a hint of fresh and bright minerality on the finish.
