Another brilliant second label white wine from the Cos winemaking team. The blend of the Pagodes Blanc is 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon. The color is pale straw leading to aromas of citrus lemon lime zest, yellow apple, nutmeg, accents of pepper and a hint of flint. The medium bodied palate is creamy and full of personality. It showcases a fresh, clean frame all the way through the finish, which is where I pick up the spices again. This is an amazing achievement and a fun wine to taste. A must buy for me!
