After establishing a storied reputation at Argyle Winery, Rollin Soles with his wife Corby Stonebraker-Soles founded Roco Winery in Newberg, Oregon. in 2001. Together, they built wineries, developed a foundational industry and worked to establish Oregon as the premier site to craft Pinot Noir and Chardonnay outside of Europe. In January, 2022 the Marzotto family, producers of Santa Margherita wines, acquired Roco Winery.

The 2020 RMS Brut Rose´from Roco Winery is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. It reveals a beautiful pink hue with a fresh, lively mousse. Within are hints of wild strawberry, stone cherry puree, macerated red plums balanced with delicate acidity. It remains delicate and fresh into the finish.
