2020 Schramsberg Blanc De Noirs

Schramsberg Vineyards is credited with the first commercial release of a Blanc de Noir sparkling wine in the US market in 1967. This wine is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay sourced from cool climate vineyards in Sonoma, Anderson Valley, Marin and Carneros.

There is a brilliant pale yellow, crystalline appearance to this sparkling wine. The fine tailored bubbles introduce you to a collage of flavors with undertones of lemon meringue, caramelized yellow citrus, ripe melon and honeycomb along with a hint of lemon-lime zest. It is a harmonious wine with a framework of bright acidity that keep it well balanced into a long finish. This sparkler is built on strength and finesse.
