Waypoint is part of the New Frontier Wine Company portfolio in Napa Valley. This partnership sources fruit from acclaimed vineyards and terroirs allowing artisan winemakers from around the world to craft their wines. Producers include Michel Rolland, Philippe Melka, Maayan Koschitzky, Matt Sands and others. Among the vineyards are Beckstoffer To Kalon, Georges III, Ritchie and other noteworthy sites.

The Charles Heintz vineyard is situated on the Sonoma coast, and is recognized for their Chardonnay. It is inland from the Pacific Ocean and is slightly warmer at nearly 900 feet in elevation. Winemakers Matt Sands and Philippe Melka crafted this exhilarating Chardonnay. The deep golden yellow color gives you a glimpse of what is inside. There are brilliant aromas of honeysuckle and beeswax. As you delve into the creamy core tropical notes of mango, pineapple and dried apricot emerge. There are hints of yellow citrus that add to the overall balance and precision of this wine.
