Cantine Colosi is situated on the northeastern coast of Sicily, on the island of Salina within the Aeolian archipelago. There are seven Aeolian islands which were formed by volcanic eruptions over time. Colosi is a third-generation winery with 25 acres of terraced vineyards planted on volcanic soils that overlook the Mediterranean Sea.

This wine has a pale-yellow appearance with profound aromas of lavender and pink citrus. As you delve into this exotic wine, you are greeted by a wealth of crisp Golden Delicious Apples and Bosc pears. After a moment you start to reminisce about grandma’s freshly baked apple cobbler. This extremely complex wine continues to impress as it sails across the palate with a linen-like texture. Every sip is delicious as it leads to a very long and complex finish.
