Cantine Ermes is a cooperative winery consisting of 2,500 growers and 33,600 acres of vineyards that was established in 1968.

Varietal Composition: 100% Grillo

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color; subtle aromatics of pear and minerals; dry, medium bodied; fresh, crisp acidity; low tannins; well balanced; flavor intensity is low to moderate; lightly pear flavored; medium long finish. A lovely quaffing wine.

Food Pairing: Delicate rice or pasta dishes, light fish dishes
