2021 Chateau Minuty Rose et Or

Located in the Côtes de Provence of France, Chateau Minuty is situated on the island of Saint-Tropez. Chateau Minuty was originally built under Napolean III and acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936. It is acknowledged as a classified growth of the Côtes de Provence. In 1990 Jean-Etienne and François Matton acquired Chateau Minuty.

The Minuty et Or is their signature cuvee from estate grown grapes that are hand harvested. Made only from free run juice with a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. The stony limestone soils accounts for the minerality in these wines. The pale salmon hue showcases aromas of crème de cassis and crushed stones. Inside the fruit explodes with an abundance of ripe currents and mixed red berries dusted with fresh spices and finely ground chalk. The minerality and delicate acidity makes this a perfect gastronomic wine for any meal.
