This wine is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Gewurztraminer. The Miljenko’s Selection is sourced from the clay rich vineyards in the cool climate recesses of American Canyon and Carneros vineyards of Napa Valley. The grapes are fermented in tanks on their skins for two weeks with native yeasts. It is aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels most of which is large oak foudres (67%).

This is a well designed and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc. It is layered with grilled lemons, stone fruits and finely chiseled minerality with accents of dried orange rind in the background. Crushed mint integrated with a touch of cream adds textural richness to the body of this wine. It continues with a long and fresh journey across your palate leaving a memorable impression on the finish.
