The 2020 Pietradolce Etna Rosso DOC is bright red in color. There are aromas of red berries, underbrush, minerality, and anise. On the palate this wine is more linear with appealing minerality that is persistent. On the straightforward side, this red is slightly dry on the finish so that you can enjoy it with many different Mediterranean cuisines.
