The Etna Bianco "Erse" from the Tenuta di Fessina winery is a fragrant, fresh and easy drinking wine. It is an excellent example of the delicious white wines produced from the Etna region of Sicily. This wine is suitable for any moment of the day and with many Mediterranean cuisines. It has great versatility. The wine is crafted from mostly Carricante and Minnella grapes harvested on the eastern slope of Etna in the Biancavilla area.

The color is straw yellow with light green hues. Out of the glass aromas are delicate and fresh with notes of citrus fruits, lemon peel, mountain herbs, a hint of almond and flint. The taste has a surprising flavor of minerality, delicately integrated with subtle fruit and a chalky texture that adds to the wine’s complexity. The finish is balanced and has a vibrant freshness that flows to mouthwatering closure. The Etna Bianco "Erse" is a wonderful white wine from Etna and represents another amazing value from the island of Sicily.
