2021 Van Duzer Estate Pinot Blanc, Oregon

The Van Duzer Estate Pinot Blanc shows beautiful fresh aromatics and complexity. The wine is fermented in large puncheon style barrels and aged on the lees. It has a moderate light, golden color in the glass. The aromas are delicate offering lemon, white peach, notes of honey, melon, and hint of stone minerality. The palate gives you more to like about this wine with fruit flavors that are subtle, integrated with bright acidity and a soft, juicy mouthfeel. I was delighted at how my palate felt fresh and lively with each sip. The flavors linger as the wine finishes with a hint of white pepper. The Van Duzer Pinot Blanc is a lighter alternative to Chardonnay and will pair well with some of your favorite chicken or fish dishes.
