2022 Eberle Cotes-Du-Robles Blanc, Paso Robles

The 2022 Cotes-du-Robles is 55% Viognier, blended with 31% Grenache Blanc and 14% Roussanne, which makes the wine lush, more exotic and with less tropical notes than in past vintages. Out of the glass there are sumptuous aromas of white blossoms, kiwi, melon, and a hint of minerality. Medium to light bodied in style along with a slight sweetness, it is complemented with acidity the gives lift while balancing the crescendo of flavors. The texture is creamy and mouth coating, lingering until you take your next sip. This white will pair deliciously with multiple grilled fish dishes like trout with puttanesca sauce on a bed of angel hair pasta or as a summer sipper on the patio watching the sunset. Lovely!
