The Lynmar Winemaker’s Blend is lively, high spirited and intense Pinot Noir. In the glass the color is bright ruby with aromas of tart cherry, cinnamon spice, tilled earth and a whiff of rose petals. The flavors are clean and concentrated of ripe red raspberry, spice, and notes of vanilla and a dusting of cinnamon come to play as the wine finishes with lively acidity woven like fine lace. Another amazing Pinot Noir from Lynmar and worth finding to enjoy on its own or with baked salmon seasoned with a pepper rub and Thai Jasmin Rice.
