This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is aged for nine months in 25% New French Oak. It glistens with a yellow appearance offering expansive aromatics of white peach skins, flowers and caramelized citrus. As you delve deeper into the core there are refined notes of lemon meringue, honeysuckle, chamomile and a thread of fresh minerality in the background. It is intertwined with fresh orchard fruit with a delicate layer of cream that pulls everything together. This wine has nicely rounded edges and great balance that keeps your attention through the lovely finish.
