Champagne Charles Heidsieck Blanc De Blancs

In 1851 French Champagne merchant Charles Camille Heidsieck
Founded the Champagne house of Charles Heidsieck in Reims, France.
The majority of grapes in this 100% Chardonnay cuvee are sourced from the Côte des Blancs and are complemented by various crus from the Montagne de Reims, the Sézannais and the Aube: Villers-Marmery, Trépail, Vaudemange and Montgueux.

This pale yellow Champagne reveals a delicate, pillow-like mouse with notes of honeyed biscuits and verbena. Within the richly woven core is an abundance of Meyer lemon, white nectarine and candied ginger framed with elements of crushed wet stones and almond paste. There is beautiful tension and immediate charm to this wine that will keep you coming back to savor another sip.
