Champagne Delamotte Blanc De Blancs

The house of Champagne Delamotte was founded in the village of Côte des Blancs in 1760. Didier Depond has been managing director of both Champagne Delmotte and Salon since 1997. This 100% Chardonnay Champagne is crafted from grand cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs.

The medium yellow hue of this richly textured Champagne opens with aromas of freshly baked croissants and roasted almonds. The mousse has sleek, fine bubbles as it beams from the glass. White and yellow citrus fruits abound with a touch of crush stones that continue into a creamy, lush mid-palate. The subtle hint of acidity puts everything in balance. It lingers gracefully to the finish line.
