Champagne Palmer & Co. Rose´ Solera

Champagne Palmer & Co was founded in 1947 in the Champagne village of Reims, France. It consists of seven founding devoted grower families with 500 acres of vineyards. Their vineyards express themselves through the grands terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, which are classified as Premier or Grand Cru. The remaining artistry of vineyards are within the Côte de Sézanne area, the Côte des Bar and the Marne Valley. Their chef de cave is Xavier Berdin. The house style is refined and sophisticated.

This exquisitely crafted Rose´ Champagne from Champagne Palmer & Co. Reserve Collection is composed of 45-50% Chardonnay, 35-40 % Pinot Noir, 15-20% Pinot Meunier and is enriched with an 8-9% Solera blend of reserve Pinot Noir from several decades. This Champagne won a gold award at the 2022 Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships. This pale-salmon Champagne showcases its extroverted personality with a wealth of upfront red fruits. A delicate floral bouquet of toasted pastries and rose petals welcomes you inside. Within are fresh elements of ripe crème de cassis, iris, orange blossoms and delicately ground chalk glide seamlessly together. It has a lengthy mid-palate and continues to impress you with a caressing finish. The Champagne Palmer & Co Rose´ Solera is a luxury offering and remains one of the benchmark Rose´ Champagnes in the market.
