The color opens with beautiful bright straw yellow color that shines in the glass. The nose is expansive and fruity with banana, green apple and pear, with notes of citrus, and floral hints of orange blossom and jasmine. The flavors are very gentle in the mouth with layers of beautifully textured fruit, juicy mouthfeel and persistent acidity lifting the finish which is long and caressing. Prosecco is a great alternative to Champagne and contains less alcohol. The Fasol Menin Valdobbiadene Superior di Cartizze rests at 11.5% alcohol. It is truly delicious, memorable and satisfying to enjoy on its own or with assorted cheeses and fresh baked bread.
