The Essential Blanc de Noir Extra Brut is a multi-vintage cuvee of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier with the addition of 23% of reserve wines and was first crafted in 2019.

This is a well-constructed Champagne that focuses on the red fruits of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It has a bright, pale yellow appearance in the glass with finely constructed bubbles and aromas of freshly buttered bread. It reveals generous undertones of crème de cassis, blood orange and star fruits. It boasts of a creamy and rich middle, yet is etched with bright acidity and minerality that keeps it savory through the finish.
