Ruinart Champagne Rose´

The official founding of Ruinart was in 1729 by drapery merchant, Nicolas Ruinart. After encouragement from his uncle Dom Thierry Ruinart, this house abandoned the clothing trade and blossomed into a contender in the world Champagne market.

Ruinart Rose´ is always one of the top tier performers in the Rose´ Champagne category. This cuvèe is no exception. The compressed bubbles reveal a bouquet of rose petals and fresh pastries. The core is bright and dances on your palate with macerated red raspberries, blood orange, and red plums. The core is energetic with subtle overtones of minerality that guide you to the well-balanced finish.
